These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EasyRentFlow vacation rental management platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using EasyRentFlow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the service.

2. Service Description

EasyRentFlow is a SaaS platform for vacation rental management that provides tools for booking management, guest registry, financial tracking, cleaning scheduling, task management, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice. The 14-day free trial does not require a credit card and includes full access to the selected plan's features.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use the service to store or process data in violation of GDPR or other data protection regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The EasyRentFlow platform, including its design, code, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a limited license to process it as necessary to provide the service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will provide you with a reasonable period to export your data before deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyRentFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
